Another vegan twist on our classic Mexican Chili!  Originally known as Chili Con Carne because it refers to a spicy stew with ground beef, minced chillies, and other beans.  This vegan version of traditional Mexican chili will wow you for sure! Made with vegan ground beef, cooked with adobo chipotle peppers, sweet yellow corn, red kidney beans, bell peppers, served with a side of luscious Jasmine rice.  Prepared fresh and delivered to you weekly, without you having to clean a single pot or pan!
