Tandoori Chicken dish is a South Asian dish that’s named after a clay oven (Tandoor) used to make naan or Indian Flatbread. The Chicken leg is marinated in a yogurt paste mixed with a tandoori paste which is full of spices creating a flavourful layer. To keep it authentic we paired this dish with the traditional Jeera Pulao (Rice) along with a Chana Masala (Chickpea Curry).
