Osso Bucco is a well known Italian dish that is a specialty of the Lombard cuisine of cross cut braised veal shanks. The name literally means Bone with a Hole, however the way it tastes is much better. Made with Braised Beef that is tender enough to fall off the bone, chewy goodness. Paired along with Grilled Polenta and Roasted Tomatoes, garnished with Gremolata making it look as if it was made in Italy.
