Clean Meals is a solution for people to help them eat healthy with the convenience of the customer always in mind. Our online order management system keeps track of all our member’s ordering history, upcoming orders and so much more.

Choose any one or more of our products to take advantage of the value our service provides. To keep things interesting we bring you a new menu every week.

Our subscription model helps you by not worrying about what to cook, how to cook, where to buy and above all clean up after. The meals will just show up to your door every Sunday for the whole week vacuum-sealed for the whole week.

Once you have placed your order, we prepare your food fresh and deliver is in sealed microwaveable and oven friendly containers to keep the food fresh tasting great for all the 7 days. All you have to do is take the meal out of the fridge, heat it and enjoy.

All your meals will arrive in an individual microwaveable & oven friendly containers in a thermal lined insulated tote bag and if need be depending on the weather with ice packs.

To reduce waste we request you have the tote bag and the ice packs available for pickup when you receive the next delivery.

All the individual food containers and the seal screen are 100% recyclable.

For sanitary reasons we do not accept used containers back. All the containers provided are reusable. If you do not intend to keep them, we encourage you to please recycle them.

Our dieticians are working on a diabetes friendly diet at the moment but not ready yet, till further notice please see our menu. Many of our menu items are diabetes safe meals but we do not take any responsibility.

Clean Meals 3 month weight-loss plan is designed by our nutritionists with 14 meals a week for 12 weeks and this plan or any of our plans can help you lose weight and achieve fitness goals provided you eat only clean meals for lunch and dinner, and healthy 400-500 Cal breakfast and a healthy snack during the day. All the healthy eating has to be paired up with 3-5 times a week training program with a professional trainer and no cheat meals unless recommended by your nutritionist/dietitian/trainer.

All our menu items have their estimated calories & macronutrients labeled on our website on the menu page which can be used to count your intake.

We recommend using our service by matching with the guidelines or diet plan you are provided by your nutritionist/dietitian/trainer to get best results.  We are happy to help you reach your goals by helping you to keep portion controlling and clean eating fast and convenient.

Eat the meals you get from Clean Meals, drink lots of water, and avoid consuming sugars and alcohol. Speak to your doctor or trainer about incorporation an exercise program you can follow throughout the week

The food

Choose the type of menu you wish to get, Clean Health (Meat option) or Clean Vegan for vegan/vegetarian option.

The menu type is chosen before the product is added to the cart. Any allergies or food preferences will be chosen once you are in the cart checking out.

All meals listed on the menu are provided with estimated calories and macro-nutrient information based on the serving on the website’s menu page.

All our meal containers are BPA free, microwaveable and oven friendly.

For microwave we recommend you peeling the seal off from 2 opposite corners and heating it for 1-3 minutes depending on how warm you like your meals. Heating time varies depending on the power of your appliance and personal preference.

For the oven peel the seal from 2 corners and warming up the meals at 200°C for 10-15 minutes depending on how warm you like your meals.

Our meals are to be consumed in 7 days of the delivery provided the seal is not peeled or ripped and the meals are placed in the fridge the whole time between 3°C to 5°C. Please throw out any meals left in the fridge for more than 7 days.

If you have left over meals and you do not wish to waste any food, we recommend you freeze the meals with in the 5 days of delivery provided the seal is not peeled or ripped from anywhere and the meals were in the fridge since delivery at the recommended temperatures.

To eat the meal you have frozen we recommend you simply thaw the meal overnight in the fridge and warm it up and you will be ready to eat.

Once defrosted please consume the meal within 24 hours.

Deliveries & Shipping

We deliver all our deliveries on Sundays through out the day between 7am-9pm depending on where you live. We always send you an estimated time window of 1 hour when you will be receiving your meals. Please understand delivery times are estimated and can be delayed depending on traffic or weather.

If you have put in the order before Wednesday 12:01 am you delivery will be on the immediately following Sunday.

If you place an order after Wednesday 12:02am your delivery will be on the Sunday after.

We strongly recommend you arrange someone to be available between the delivery windows to receive the meals.

BUT if you’re not home, the driver will do his/her best to contact you to get instructions what to do.

If there is no contact made between the driver and customer then he/she will leave the package for you as discreetly as possible, by the door or your concierge, if access is not granted to the door.

Once a package has arrived at its intended location and has been left with either the concierge or at the door, Clean Meals or the driver holds no further liability for the safety of the package or its contents

Customers may choose to provide delivery drivers with access/lockbox codes, keys, or other means of entry into their private residence or delivery location at their own risk. Clean Meals will help to facilitate any such request, but does not solicit or promote such actions, and is not responsible for loss or damages that may be incurred as a result of this personal choice.

Your Account

All of your account and order details are designed to be self-managed. This means that just about everything can be managed with just a couple of clicks through your online account, whenever you sign in.

Payments & Charges

For convenience and flexibility, we only charge you for an order right after the cutoff time stated for the chosen delivery date. This allows you to edit, hold or cancel an upcoming order as many times you wish.

Regardless which package you choose you will be charged for the order at the stated cutoff time for that upcoming order.

IMPORTANT: Orders are locked in at precisely the stated cutoff. If you would like to change or cancel a future order, you must make that change in your account, or demonstrate some intent towards doing so, before the cutoff time for that order.
